Molt, by definition, means 'to shed skin'. The process of shedding skin, as challenging and difficult as it may seem, gives rise to all beauty and innovation afterward. Inspired by this process, the name of this creative agency was determined to be 'Molt'.
Molt was founded in April 2023 by Nilay Enşen and Ceyda Balı. It was born out of a belief in the power of rebirth following some chaos and destruction. The combination of Ceyda's experience in project and product management, along with a risk-taking, adventurous, and creative mindset, merged with Nilay's expertise in advertising, marketing, and planning, as well as a strategic, pragmatic, and intellectual approach. After a six-month preparation period, they started offering new identities and effective marketing strategies to brands. Throughout this process, their team members responsible for motivation, Odin and Arwen, were always by their side.
